Lifeskills Promoters (LISP) is a non-Governmental organization working among children and youth in Kenya. LISP aims at empowering children and youth with life skills that enhance their abilities to cope with their day-to-day challenges of life and enhance their productivity. LISP has implemented various integrated life skills-based programs that empower young people to take charge of their lives and engage productively. LISP collaborates and works closely with government departments, communities, churches, schools, corporates, and other like-minded agencies.
Lifeskills Promoters (LISP) is implementing projects titled Twende Shule Tusome Pamoja (TSTP) and Life Skills & Values projects in partnership with UNICEF. The projects incorporate targeted components such as digital skills development, identification and enrolment of out-of-school children, promotion of safe online practices, disability inclusion, and the institutionalization of life skills in schools. The project counties are Wajir, Turkana, Homabay, and Bungoma.
Lifeskills Promoters (LISP) is offering a volunteering opportunity to dynamic diploma graduates with work experience in project implementation, child protection, and life skills training.
