Lifeskills Promoters (LISP) is a Kenyan Non-Governmental organization that holistically empowers children and youth using life skills based interventions, collaboration with schools and community groups to equip young people for productive life, advocate for facilitative policies and legislations. LISP is a pioneer of Life Skills Education in Kenyan schools, having advocated for introduction of Life Skills education in the national Curriculum through the Ministry of Education. LISP has implemented various projects that use life skills based intervention to address challenges that affect children and youth. LISP collaborates and works closely with churches, communities, government departments, corporates and other like-minded agencies.

Lifeskills Promoters (LISP) is seeking to employ four key positions for an upcoming multi-year USAID-funded “Local Partner Service Delivery Activity (LPSDA) – OVC Activities” project in Kenya. The project will entail service delivery activities providing key OVC and adolescents services at the county level that contribute to the attainment of the Government of Kenya’s (GOK) goal of safeguarding the rights and welfare of children and adolescents impacted by Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS). Ultimately this will contribute to the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in supporting the health and overall well-being of children and adolescents. The activities will enhance the capacity of the national and local social services systems and structures to provide care and support for OVC and their families more sustainably through systematic evidence–informed graduation and transition of PEPFAR beneficiary households away from U.S. Foreign Assistance and support the Journey to Self-reliance.
